Using Your Desk Phone

1. Access the voicemail system by pressing the Voicemail function key 
2. Press "Call VM"
   
   

   TIPS: You could also access the voicemail system by dialling ext. 8991 and continue with the steps below.

   
   
3. When you hear the audio prompt to enter your password, enter your voicemail password (PIN) and press #.
4. Press 7 to change your Mailbox option.
5. Press 4 to change your VM pin/password
6. Enter your new voicemail password (PIN) and press #.
7. Re-enter your voicemail password (PIN) and press #.
8. Once completed, you could hang up the call to end.
